I loved this book! First I was drawn to it because it had Aloha in the title. I love everything Hawaii. Spent 10 years there and eft my soul behind. Secondly I bought it because it mentions steps for creating a business money making machine. I had created a business in the 1980’s to sell and moved to Hawaii on the profits so it all elements I was interested in. Personally, I need to come out of retirement to go back into business as I did not estimate correctly the amount of money I would need. So I was looking for a step by step process to thinking through how to start my next business. What I did not bargain for was how I would not be able to put a ‘business’ book down. This author ‘Murf’ is hilarious- I could have read it for the laughs alone. Plus bonus bonus I got the inside scoop on an old Hawaiian family and the history of it built its wealth. The author is completely honest and does not sugar coat the truth so makes for interesting reading. He kept me as a reader very interested in the whole familie’s lives and his progression through his own life. He inspired me to not dread starting a new business but to look forward to following his formula and applying his steps. Looking forward to following where he goes from here!
