Update: still going strong over a year later. Using proper sublimation transfers fixed my issue with bad transfers. I plan to eventually invest in a printer that is able to use sublimation inks so I can printer my own transfers. For the moment I get my transfers from rainy day transfers. Biggest issue with this is just getting your temps right. Mine is set to heat to 380 before it starts the countdown timer of 120 seconds.It’s ok, I like that’s it is all contained in one sleek unit, quality seams pretty good. Opened up the electronics and didn’t see anything shoddy looking which is refreshing for a Chinese generic product, it even has a chassis ground connection which is normally neglected in most Chinese off brands I own. Operation is fairly straight forward. I did have an issue where the tightening knob became loose and I found that a lock but had come loose. Had to partially disassemble the unit to fix that with some lock tight to hopefully keep that nut in place for good. The red button on top it the same as the enter button below the display and it starts a cycle. The manual says to use the enter button for the best reliability and its right, the large red button is a bit dodgy and doesn’t always register when pressed and the cycle fails to start. I’m going to replace this button with a better one in the near future. Unit is quality but not without it flaws. I’m yet to successfully sublimate a mug but that is more me trying to figure out How to sublimate than it is the machines fault. I know I’m not using the right paper and I’m sure that is a big part of my issues.Did my first mug and it turned out great, and was fun to make. Thank you!Handle will not stay on press it keeps coming off no matter what I do. It also does not have even temperature . It’s passed the 30 day return period so nothing I can do about it. More than a bargain at that price! I set the settings to the exact instructions and these are the first two mugs right off the press! Vibrant and no cold spots or discoloration! ALL presses have to be "dialed in" but, this worked great for me literally right out of the box!Happy with this product.
