The Dairy Pulsator Tester (DPT) is a diagnostic system and tool that measures the pressure in the pulsating and vacuum system of the milking machines.

Despite decades of dairy experience, many farmers do not know the operating parameters of their own milking equipment. This is why they are not able to check the milking machines, even though the profitability depends largely on the proper functioning of the machines.

The DPT can be used to identify milking machine operating issues, in order to achieve effective, efficient and optimal production. And thereby reducing the risk of teat, udder inflammations and other problems caused by the milking machines.

Simple to Use

The DPT consists of a meter and an application working together on a smartphone / tablet. The meter sends the measurement data via the Bluetooth communication system to the application, which displays, stores and evaluates the data showing the efficiency and effectiveness of the milking machines.
